2. The Referral Process

Your contact information will be shared with up to 3 independent local providers who are independent businesses, not employees of SanJoseCA.org.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Information you submit is accurate
• You are 18 or older
• You will independently verify credentials and insurance of any provider

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
